Latest updates on COVID-19 – August 2020
As Leicester has come out of its local lockdown, the extended restrictions have had a significant impact on local business as the rest of the country began to open up.
At the end of July, Health Secretary Matt Hancock confirmed the extra money to Harborough MP Neil O’Brien, with Leicester receiving £2.6m extra funding for businesses and Oadby and Wigston sharing the remaining £400,000.
